Elizabeth serves as a Research Associate monitoring legislation and regulations in technology, cybersecurity, judiciary, cannabis policy, and the federal budget and appropriations process. She also covers congressional hearings, creates marketing and client presentation decks, and conducts research in client issue areas. In addition, she prepares three Weekly Roundups detailing the latest news and policy updates in technology, cybersecurity, and budget and appropriations.
Elizabeth returned to Peck Madigan Jones in June 2020. Elizabeth previously worked for the firm from 2017 to 2018, before moving to London to pursue her master’s degree. She graduated with distinction from University College London, earning a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Digital Technologies & Policy.
Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from New York University. Her concentration was Politics and Communications, with a minor in Web Programming and Applications. A native of Silicon Valley, Elizabeth previously interned for Congresswoman Jackie Speier (D-CA) and Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney (D-NY).
